Icon233 نظام الزياده عند الوصول للحد الاعلى للراتب.(ارامكو)

[]السلام عليكم..

هذا النظام الجديد وضع للذين وصلوا للحد الاعلى من راتبهم>>> مثلا..

موظف ر اتبه وصل للحد الاعلى لجريد 7 وهي 13000.. وحصل على تقييم e+ يعني زيادته 6% مثال فقط

اذا.. 13000 * 6 % = 780 ريال .. 780 * 12 = 9360 ريال سيتم اضافتها الى حسابك في شهر 7 ميلادي مع الزياده..وهكذا في كل عام..

بالنسبة للي راتبهم قريب من الحد الاعلى فيتم النظر لمقدار الزياده اولا ..

مثلا الموظف على قريب 7 والحد الاعلى للراتب هو 13000 ..راتب الموظف الحالي 12900 وحصل تقييم +e يعني 6%

اذا 13000-12900=100
الزياده تكون 12900 + 100 = 13000
الباقي من الزياده 780 . 780-100 =680
680*12 = 8160 راح تدفع مع الراتب في شهر جولاي مع الزياده.

Bonus at Maximum of salary range will be paid annually with merit cycle irrespective of any promotions as long as the employee continues to be at or close to the maximum of his salary range. For employees whose merit increase would place them above the maximum of their range, a lump-sum payment will be granted with July pay equivalent to the amount of merit above the maximum times 12 months. BONUS-AT-MAXIMUM PROGRAM

To all Department Heads,

This is to inform you that Management has approved enhancements to the lump sum Bonus- At-Maximum (BAM) policy. The enhancements include extending eligibility to all payrolls, removing the restriction on the number of payments, and making it an annual payment to employees who are at or near the maximum of their salary ranges as applicable.

The current policy is applicable to Saudi and AOA employees only and is referred to as “Lump Sum Payment when Merit Increase Limited by Range Maximum” in Chapter 2 of the IR Manual. The current policy is limited to a maximum of two payments during an employee’s service with the Company provided the employee has been at the same maximum for a period of 24 consecutive months for each payment. Employees who receive the first payment and are promoted thereafter would not be eligible for the second payment.

The enhanced policy covers all employees, regardless of payroll, provides a tax-protected lump sum payment to eligible employees as applicable, and will be administered on an annual basis as a complementary component of the merit program. Employees whose merit increases become restricted by the salary range maximum will receive a Bonus-At-Maximum lump sum equivalent to the amount of merit above the maximum of the range times 12 months and payable with the July salary. Please refer to Attachment I for more details and Attachment II for examples that illustrate the calculations.

The objectives of these enhancements are to maintain internal equity and consistent salary administration among all payrolls, and to motivate and recognize high performing employees who are at or close to the maximum of the salary range.

You and members of your management teams are encouraged to communicate this positive change to your employees during the communication meeting.
